Nature Reviews Cancer: sponsor of Poster Prizes at VHIO´s Symposium Towards Predictive Cancer Models

News just in: as a reflection of the scientific program of excellence of VHIO´s forthcoming Special Symposium Towards Predictive Cancer Models, 26 – 27 May 2016, Nature Reviews Cancer has confirmed sponsorship of the two poster prizes – to be announced and awarded by a special guest –  to the presenters of the top two posters at the close of the meeting.

Symposium Co-Chairs, Joaquín Arribas, Director of Preclinical Research at VHIO, and Laura Soucek, Principal Investigator of VHIO´s Mouse Models of Cancer Therapies Group, invite you to submit an abstract online today at: /events/symposia/en_vhio_tpcm.php.

Abstracts submitted before the deadline of 18 April 2016, will either be selected as posters or invited short talks scheduled within the main program directly following the two lunch and poster sessions. Topic scope will correspond to the main five symposium session themes:

1. Cancer Immunology & Tumor Microenvironment, 2. New Prospectives, 3. Circumventing Therapy Resistance, 4. Redifining the Targets, 5. New Opportunities from Human Tumor Samples: Explants, Organoids & PDX.
