VHIO offers postdoctoral positions for researchers aiming to advance their academic careers in the fields of oncology and cancer research.
VIDA will recruit 12 postdoctoral researchers in two independent calls to conduct interdisciplinary and intersectoral research activities in the broad topic of Cancer Research, which will comply with all the principles of Open Science and maintain the highest research quality standards.
The programme involves a wide variety of research topics and host research groups working in pre-clinical, translational and clinical research. The wide variety of research options that cover the whole spectrum of oncology & cancer research highlights the unique interdisciplinary approach of the VIDA programme.
The VHIO VIDA programme offers 12 postdoctoral fellowships per call to work on projects with a duration of up to 36 months.
The programme consolidates the research career opportunities of the fellows while strengthening the training portfolio of VHIO Academy and expanding VHIO’s network of partner organizations to foster interdisciplinary and intersectoral cancer and oncology research.
