Browsing, accessing and using VHIO’s website confers the status of user.

VHIO reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal proceedings it deems appropriate due to the improper use of its website and content, or for breach of these conditions.

The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the laws in force and applicable in Spain. In the event of a dispute, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the applicable rules governing jurisdiction and competence.
