Job description:

  • Dealing with correspondence and calls.
  • Extensive diary management.
  • Making meeting and travel arrangements (national and international)
  • Production and preparation of presentations and reports.
  • Arrange weekly seminars, room bookings, catering, meetings, thesis defences.
  • Arrange and management of attendance at congresses and symposiums.
  • Preparation and updating of scientific CVs and lists of publications and projects.
  • External duties.
  • Other admin duties relevant to the role.

 

Requirements:

  • Administrative FP II, CFGS.
  • Must have 3 years relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Command of Catalan, Spanish both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of English is essential.
  • Computer literate, command of computing tools to user level

 

Additional information:

The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, coordination, teamwork, the ability to multi task, work under no supervision and re-prioritize.

Is essential for the role the possession of excellent interpersonal skills, fantastic communication, and discretion.
